USCF Online Chess Tournament - November 16th!
Calling all Chess Enthusiasts!
Are you ready to test your skills and potentially boost your USCF rating? Join me for a fun and competitive online chess tournament this November!
Tournament Details:
- Date: Saturday, November 16
- Time: 1:00 PM Eastern Time (10:00 AM Pacific Time)
- Format: Swiss System (Everyone plays 5 rounds, no eliminations!)
- Time Control: G/10 + 2 (affects US Chess online quick rating)
- Sections: Open to unrated players and players with a USCF rating below 1200
- Pairing: Based on Chess.com rapid rating
- Entry Fee: $15
Prizes:
- 1st Place: $20
- 2nd Place: $15
- 3rd Place: $5
Highlights:
- This tournament will be submitted to US Chess for official rating (after fair play screening).
- This is a monthly event, held on the third Saturday of every month at 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
- The platform is Chess.com. Fair play is strictly enforced.
